Depending on the status there are two methods to cancel invited checks: OPTION 1 - If the invite check status is ‘Not Started By Applicant’ Locate the invite under the ‘incomplete’ tab Click ‘cancel’ Input reason as to why the invite is being cancelled Click ‘cancel invitation' OPTION 2 - If the employer code has been used: Locate relevant application in 'manage NCCHC' Click 'remove' or 'cancel' Review the application and click 'delete application' Invited checks requested via Passpay (where the applicant has paid), cannot be deleted/cancelled after the code has been used.
