Select Your Check Type To start your application please go to our Sign Up page You will then need to select your check type If you need a police check for employment, licencing or to undertake a position of trust, please select Standard Check If you need a police check for volunteering or compulsory student placement, please select Volunteer Check To check whether you meet our volunteer check requirements, please see here If your employer has sent you an email “invitation” to complete a check, please select I Have a Code If you selected Standard, you will need to let us know: Why you need the check, e.g. for employment/contract work, licencing, or position of trust Depending on the reason selected, you will need to provide either the role you’ll be undertaking, the licence you’re applying for or the reason you require the police check You’ll also need to provide either the name of the company or organisation you’ll be working with, the licencing authority or the relevant entity who has requested for you to complete the police check If you selected Volunteer, you will need to let us know: The volunteer role, student placement role or name of the course you will be undertaking The organisation you’ll be working for or the name of the University / Institute you are studying with When providing the reason for your check, please note the following: Acronyms and abbreviations will not be accepted There is a 100-character limit for each of the fields Multiple check purposes will not be accepted For further information on how to complete the check purpose, please see here Step 2. Register your account You will need to input your: Full name Email address Create a password (password must be at least eight characters; must contain one capital letter, one number, one special character) Step 3. Make payment Input your payment details (cardholder name, card number, expiry date, CVN code). Step 4. Email verification Once you have successfully made payment an 'email verification code' will be sent to your registered email address (ensure you check your junk/spam folders). If the email address you have entered is incorrect, click 'you can change your contact details here'. Once updated, click 'resend the verification code via email click here' to resend the 'email verification code' to the correct email address. Once you have received this email, either: Click the 'click to verify' button, or Copy the verification code, paste it into the 'enter your code here' box and click 'next' If you have not received your verification code please email our helpdesk at help@intercheck.com.au for further assistance. Step 5. Continue Application Once you have verified your email you will be able to continue with your application.
